Business Pricing
Our commercial service pricing is flexible and is designed to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. We understand that companies change directions and budgets fluctuate. We are also aware that these changes can happen fast. As such, we offer multiple payment options for our customers.
Fixed Rate or "All You Can Eat" - This is a set recurring monthly cost for our services. This covers you 24 x 7 x 365 and is an industry preferred method of billing. The formula for pricing is simple, as it is mainly based on the number of workstations and/or servers you have in your environment. There are no hidden costs or changes in your bill. No matter how many times we answer the phone, connect to your computers remotely, or come on-site to solve problems, you are guaranteed that one price.
Price per server: $85.00 per month
Price per workstation: $50.00 per month
*EXAMPLE: A business has 10 computers and 1 server. The monthly cost to add a FULL SERVICE I.T. Department with 24 x 7 x 365 coverage would be:
*10 workstations x $50.00 = $500.00 , 1 server x $85.00= $85.00
*TOTAL: $585.00 per month
Block Hours- This plan covers a specific number of service hours that you wish to purchase for a month. This gives your company the ability to add a full service I.T. Department without breaking the budget, or to tackle a specific project without a long-term investment. We will provide custom reporting on tickets opened and closed by your company for the month. These reports show the work that we did, and whom we did it for in full detail. In the event you don't use all of your hours for a month, the left-over time will "roll-over" and will be credited to you on your next bill.
Block Hours: $65.00 per hour
Computer Repair & Residential Pricing
Many people assume that their computer is permanently damaged or is too old to function properly. Often times, this is simply not the case. Before you discard your PC or buy a new one, let us take a look for free! You can drop it off or call us and schedule an on-site visit.
Assessment: FREE
We will thoroughly check your computer for issues and tell you what it will take to fix it.
PC Clean-up: $30.00
Is your computer running slow? We will remove unwanted programs, bloatware and malware/viruses from your device. We will fully optimize the system with the latest patches and updates so that it performs properly.
Operating System Installation: $50.00
In the event that the Operating System is corrupt or compromised, we will do a fresh install and then load your programs and data back on the new installation.
Data Service: $30.00
If you have old computers, phones, or tablets that still hold data that you need, we can move it to any device you want(DVD, flash drive, computer). We can also assist you with properly backing up your data and making sure you can retrieve it if disaster strikes.
Hardware Service: $30.00
Do you need a new printer set up? Do you have new webcam or graphics card that you want to install on your computer? We will get your devices working.
Hourly Rates
For more complex tasks with your computer or network that deviate from the list above, we offer the following pricing schedule.
Residential On-Site: $65.00 per hour
Residential In-Store: $55.00 per hour
Commercial On-Site: $85.00 per hour
Commercial In-Store: $75.00 per hour
*Remote Support: $50.00 per hour
*Please Note that most jobs can be completed both remotely AND on-site. Your technician will do as much of the work remotely to save you time and money. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we do.
